Arrival : Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for consultation.
Spa Attire: The spa will provide a robe for thermal suite. Underwear, swimming costumes or disposable underwear must worn for all body treatments.
Open toe shoes are required for toe paints. For all thermal suite experiences swimming costumes must be worn and flip flops
Booking Policy: Clients must book all appointments with a valid voucher number, credit card details or 50% deposit paid.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of treatments require 24 hours’ notice or a 50% charge will be incurred. In the case of a no show a 100% charge will be incurred.
